How do you get to Water Island?
After arriving at Cyril E.King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas, take a short 5-minute taxi rice to Crown Bay Marina. From there, board the Water Island Ferry for a 10-minute ride to Phillips Landing on Water Island. Tickets can be purchased at the ferry office or directly on the ferry. Upon arrival to Water Island, you will see the island’s post office and welcome center. From there, a quick 4-minute golf cart ride along the main road will bring you to Rosebud, 86 Estate Water Island.
What’s the best way to get around Water Island?
We highly recommend renting a golf cart from Rachael’s Rentals for easy transportation and to fully explore the island. Honeymoon Beach is just a 10-minute walk from our home.
What amenities are available in the Villa?
The villa comes with
Starter Packs – toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry soap – as long as you don’t use an abnormal amount, it will be enough but extras can be purchased at the WI Mart.
Beach Supplies – Towels, Chairs, Backpack Cooler
Kitchen Supplies – Pans, Dishes, Cups, Utensils, Drip Coffee Maker, Microwave, Oven/Stove, Dishwasher. Salt, Pepper & Oil provided but please bring your own spices.
Bathroom – Hair Dryer, Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash
Washer & Dryer – we will provide a reasonable amount of laundry soap but feel free to bring your own HE pods if you want to do a lot of laundry.
Outside – BBQ Grill + enough seating for everyone
How can I stock the villa with groceries?

What are the sleeping arrangements in the Villa?
Bedroom 1 – Features a king bed, ample closet space, fans, a bathroom and refreshing ocean breezes.
Bedroom 2 – Equipped with a king bed, air conditioning, a privacy door, and shared bathroom with the loft.
Loft – Includes a queen bed, fans, and a futon that converts into an additional bed.
The villa is ideal for six guests but can accommodate up to four adults and four mid-aged children who are comfortable sharing the loft.
